Carved and pierced crest of bird and flower motifs with above cornice with carved foliage. Cabinet is fitted with hand painted and lacquered slate panels with additional mother-of-pearl decoration. Some panels have been signed by the artist with calligraphic inscription. Lacquered panels date earlier than the 19th Century cabinet itself. Incurved scroll feet.
