Payment Information:
Payment in full is due at the conclusion of the auction. All bidders must pay for their purchases no later than 5:00 PM CT on Monday, January 23rd, 2012

Pickup Information:
After payment has been received, the lot may be picked up at its location according to the schedule below:
Winners of large items will need to make arrangements to pick up those items by appointment only on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 from 10:00 AM CT to 1:00 PM CT.

All large items must be removed from the auction location by 1:00 PM CT on Tuesday, January 24, 2012

In order to minimize the pickup traffic at this location, some small items may be transported to McLemore Auction Company (470 Woodycrest Ave., Nashville, TN 37210) and will be available for pickup on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 from 9:00 AM CT to 5:00 PM CT.

At the close of the auction on Thursday, January 19, 2012 McLemore Auction Company, LLC staff will contact winning bidders regarding the pickup location of their items.

All items transported to McLemore Auction Company, LLC must be removed 5:00 PM CT on Wednesday, January 25, 2012

Any items not removed by this time will be considered abandoned property. McLemore Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to resell the items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling.
