The Women Rock for the Cure™ and Opry Goes Pink® Benefit Auction for Breast Cancer included more than 20 lots of country music memorabilia from artists such as Toby Keith, Martina McBride, The Judds and more. Highlights included a Jasmine by Takamine Guitar Autographed by Keith Urban Provided by Capitol Records, a Pearl Drumhead Designed and Autographed by Wynonna and Naomi Judd, and 2 Concert Tickets and Meet and Greet Passes with Kellie Pickler. Together all 21 items sold online for a total of $5,253.10 with all proceeds benefiting Women Rock for the Cure™.

The Grand Ole Opry® joined Women Rock For The Cure™ in the fight against breast cancer on Sat., Oct. 22 with its third annual "Opry Goes Pink" show. Opry member Martina McBride flipped the switch on the Opry's barn backdrop, turning it pink for the night. The special show also included performances by Lauren Alania, Edens Edge, Kellie Pickler, Ronnie Milsap, and others as well as activities recognizing breast cancer survivors and the continuing fight against the disease. "Opry Goes Pink" extended to the online realm as Opry.com turned pink for the day on Oct. 22. The virtual pink auction kicked off Tues., Oct. 18 with all proceeds benefitting Women Rock For The Cure™. Among the items available included one-of-a-kind Opry experiences and items autographed by artists participating in the "Opry Goes Pink" show.

Women Rock For The Cure™ is a non-profit organization founded in 2007 by four friends with ties to the music industry. Based in Music City, WRFTC is always rockin' to reach their vision; to fight breast cancer by utilizing the passion, creativity and strength of the entertainment industry to increase awareness among young women and men in their 20s, 30s, 40s as well as raise funds for local initiatives that help young adults diagnosed with breast cancer. Flagship annual events include the Pink Trash Ball, Opry Goes Pink, and the annual Women Rock For The Cure Benefit Concert. All proceeds raised benefit the ongoing efforts of the organization's community outreach programs, including the WRFTC Young Survivors Retreat which brings together young women nationwide who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.   2. No Reserves:
    Each lot will sell to the highest bidder without reserve.
  3. No Buybacks:
    All sellers are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned to the auction.
  4. No Returns:
    All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments.
  5. Buyer's Premium:
    A buyer's premium of ten percent (10%) of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot.
  6. Sales Tax:
    There will be NO SALES TAX assessed on the items in this auction.
  7. Payment:
    All bidders must pay for their purchases in full at the conclusion of the auction.

    McLemore Auction Company, LLC accepts the following forms of payment:
    • Cash
    • Certified checks
    • Cashier's checks
    • Money orders
    • Personal and company checks accompanied by an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee addressed to McLemore Auction Company, LLC
    • Wire Transfers (Please note: a $15 service fee will apply to all payments below $5,000 made via wire transfer. For wire transfer instructions, please email info@mclemoreauction.com .)
    • Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) (Please note: McLemore Auction Company, LLC will only accept payment by credit card for invoices of $5,000 or less. Payment for invoices greater than $5,000 must be made via wire transfer or cashier's check. Real estate may not be paid for using a credit card.)
    Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder at time of payment and the bidder assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. McLemore Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.

  8. Purchase Fulfillment:
    Once McLemore Auction Company, LLC has received and acknowledged payment in full, all purchasers will be contacted by the Women Rock for the Cure, Inc. staff to make arrangements for package fulfillment. Bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs including UPS expenses.

  10. Item Delivery:
    Once McLemore Auction Company, LLC has received and acknowledged payment in full, High Bidders will receive delivery of items as proof of purchase.
  11. Auction Ending:
    Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for five lots each minute in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last five (5) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional five (5) minutes.
  12. Outbid Notification:
    Until the auction begins to close, the bidding software will notify bidders by email when they have been outbid. After that, bidders may find out if they have been outbid by clicking the "Review Bids" button at the bottom of each page. Items the bidder is no longer winning will be marked with a red indicator.
  13. Debt Collection and Interest Charges:
    The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by McLemore Auction Company, LLC in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due McLemore Auction Company, LLC. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Davidson County, Tennessee.
  14. Guaranty Agreement:
    By submitting a bid in the name of a business entity or corporation, the individual submitting the bid enters into a guaranty agreement whereby he or she personally guarantees payment to McLemore Auction Company, LLC of any bid amount not paid when due by the business entity or corporation, for any reason, together with all collection expenses incurred to enforce collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
  15. Limitation of Liability:
    If, for any reason, McLemore Auction Company, LLC is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of McLemore Auction Company, LLC, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
  16. Age Requirement:
    All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
  17. Bidder Information and Security:
    All registration information the bidder provides to McLemore Auction Company, LLC shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify McLemore Auction Company, LLC if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
