Barker-Phillips, Inc. was a lingerie and loungewear store formerly located in Knoxville, Nashville, and Franklin, TN. McLemore Auction Company, LLC carried out the complete dispersal of its inventory, furniture, fixtures and equipment. Included were fine pieces of antique French and English furniture, original oil paintings, and hundreds of lots of designer lingerie, clothing, linens, cosmetics and bath products. Additional items of note were a Bernina Artista 200E digitized sewing/embroidery machine, an ornate eight foot copper bar and a large scale baroque wall mirror.

This auction also included two unimproved building lots in subdivisions in Tennessee. These lots were sold online to the highest bidder, regardless of price.
